Final Notice Before Court Summons E-flow
Can anyone help me with this Final Notice Before Court Summons witch i recieved from Pierse&Fitzgibbon Solicitors
regarding a non payment of one toll for 5.10 now they are looking for 148.60
What way can i reply to this or can i do anything??????

Hi Dermot here as far as I have done I rang the solicit(or) and asked them to show me the contract that I signed with the NRA agreeing to the terms and conditions and I also refused to go to court as is my right unless another human being makes claim against me, hope it works out it should just don't let them badger you
