E-Flow Final notice before court summons

Got this letter from Pierse Fitzgibbon Solictors telling me to pay a fine to e-flow...the fine was for 1 toll use at 5.10

now they want me to pay 148.60

Is there anything i can do or what can i reply to the solistors need help?????

Can anyone help me with this Final Notice Before Court Summons witch i recieved from Pierse&Fitzgibbon Solicitors

regarding a non payment of one toll for 5.10 now they are looking for 148.60

What way can i reply to this or can i do anything??????
