Hi all,my name is Peter Dalby. I blog/post all the time on dozens of Yahoo news stories in the comments section under the Yahoo user name of  Who'sPullinWho's ..generally exposing the great banking /government leeching money schemes etc, as described in my 'Comment Posts' 2-3 below.   During the last week however (April 20th '12) there has been an exciting legal challenge development..  PRESS RELEASE 

 Global history will be made on Friday 20th April 2012, at 11am in Braamfontein, Johannesburg when Michael Tellinger will deliver his petition regarding the unscrupulous activity of the banks, particularly Standard Bank, to the Constitutional Court.

Tellinger will also serve the NOTICE OF MOTION on the RESERVE BANK and the MINISTER OF FINANCE on the same day.

There is hardly any South African who has not been harmed in some way by the actions of the banks. For too long have banking giants been unassailable and untouchable by the common man.

This is an historic event in South Africa and the rest of the world where for the first time a layperson has been given direct access to petition the Constitutional Court regarding the devious activities of the banks. The people of South Africa and the members of the media are invited to report on this historic event.

This case may have started as a matter of principle for Michael Tellinger against STD Bank, but it has escalated to such a degree that every South African and everyone in the world could be effected, because a positive outcome will result in a major public policy shift and the changing of the laws that govern the banks.

Tellinger will argue that the lack of control and intervention by the Minister Of Finance has allowed the banks and the RESERVE BANK to do as they please with impunity and without recourse by the citizens, and in the process have enslaved millions of honest, hard-working South Africans to a life of misery and debt through a the banks’ malicious activities. This historic landmark case will attempt to redress the imbalance that has taken place for centuries by the few that have been called the banking elite. The Constitutional Court is the highest court on constitutional matters. Its very foundation being the protector of human rights and democracy.

The Court is mandated to bring legislation in par with the constitutional framework principles and to develop common law principles. The legacy follows that of Nelson Mandela’s vision, that no matter who or what you represent, equality, justice and the people’s voice shall be harmonised before an independent, unbiased judicial system founded on the principles of rights enshrined in the Constitution.

This case will be a challenge for the Constitutional Court, and we trust that it will make its findings proper, considering all the facts to redress the laws and do whatever it needs to do, to redress the hardship of the people caused by financial abuse, and to harmonize the future of financial entities.

But this case will also need the moral support of as many people as possible in support of Tellinger's appeal. So that it truly represents millions of honest, hardworking and trusting citizens who have been unable to do so for themselves, continuously being frustrated by the invisible protective legal shield around the banks, and the legal system that seems to support the banks.

“Many people carry severe personal grudges against the banks that have done them financial harm, but most people are completely oblivious to how they have been conned and deceived by their banks about money and how it is created” Said Tellinger.

“But once they find out the terrible truth about how banks really operate and how they use our signature to profiteer on us, and how they make money out of thin air, they will be very angry and realise how important this action against the banks is” he added

 I wrote to Michael earlier.. this is his reply..

Thanks So much Peter. Nice to get such feedback from Ireland and thanks for doing all the posts – don’t stop.

Had a little hiccup with delivery of the papers today but will re-serve on Monday. They did not like the binding. Below is my report from today. Use it if you need to.

Constitutional Court Action

Against STD Bank; and The South African Reserve Bank; and The Minister of Finance.

Constitutional report.

I was prevented from serving the papers on the Constitutional Court today for no other reason that they were not bound correctly. I am not kidding - at one stage I was told that we will have to reprint all 33,000 pages and rebind them because the judges do not want their desks to be scratched. A whole bunch of court rules were thrown at us and we were told that "rules are rules" - not a word about our rights and ability to deliver based on our financial position.
This is as far from being constitutional as anything I have ever imagined. So - my first real contact with the Constitutional Court has left me wondering how much the court actually cares about the average person and especially about the poor people.
The printing of the papers alone is now costing more than R15,000 - I have somehow managed to scrape it together - BUT - what if I was a poor uneducated person who spent his life savings to do this to the best of his abilities, and on arrival at the court, to present my hard work, I was told that they don’t like the way I bound the documents. I have no words for this behaviour. And I do admit that it is now taking its toll on my on many levels - BUT - this is the work I have chosen to do so onward we march.

We will deliver and serve the papers on the relevant parties and Cons Court on Monday or Tuesday all depending on the reprinting and re-binding the documents.

And then let the fun begin. All the pressure will be on the 3 parties served. STD Bank; Reserve Bank and the Minister of Finance. Their collective action has caused irreparable damage to the people of South Africa. This case will hopefully change everything.

Scam 2 if you can believe it! What he means is they loan (one)1 part of genuine money..originally pegged by gold and loaned at ratio 2:1. That ratio is now 9:1. 9 parts of money are conjured up "OUT OF NOTHING"..only existing as ledger entries in banker-books/computers..hence he said "OUT OF NOTHING" =9:1 fractional reserve banking..also called leverage..lol!) Eg.1M DEPOSITS=LOAN OUT 10M.The scam is they charge normal interest on the pretend 9M..which is like 'temporary money' loaned and printed out. They never count the 9M as profit,too obvious,just the interest.When the loan is paid back the 9M is wiped off their books and they pocket the interest created on the imaginary money. (This fraud practise is banned in Muslim countries)

Hope this is of help to others, if you can believe it. Learn the bankers dirty secrets and scams.They get a charter from g/ment on our behalf(??-!!) to create money out of nothing for mortgages etc. Need a house..click of a mouse.!
1) Most of us believe that banks loan out money that has been entrusted to them by depositers...easy to picture but only a half truth.

2) 95% of all money is not produced by the people's state mint or g/ment in our democracy,but by our dubious fellow citizens who have themselves a government issued 'charter',who call themselves "bankers" and who create money at the flick of a pen or click of a mouse OUT OF NOTHING!..Need a house?..click of a mouse!.. of course 'you' have to go out and 'create' THAT money to repay them over the 20 years or so +with interest..see how it works? They create the means of payment out of nothing and get to pocket the interest..=part of their megga bonuses,all leeched off the people.Smell like democracy? Where did you think all this trillions of money came from? It's called 'fiat' money, created at the click of a mouse once the borrower has signed a "PROMISSORY NOTE" =mortgage or loan papers to repay this 'Created out of Nothing Fiat money' back +INTEREST= sleight of hand dirty trick which enables them to keep control of the people while they get to live the life of luxury.

3)So..Banks 'CREATE' the money they loan NOT from their own earnings, NOT from the money deposited, but directly from the borrower's 'PROMISE' to repay. The borrower's signature on the loan papers 'Promissory Note' is the 'obligation' to repay the loan to that bank +interest or,lose the house,the car or whatever. Got it?

4)Same rule applies for a government/state loan/bailout. A simple signature and promise to repay =more Fiat money CREATED AS DEBT out of nothing and loaned to g/ment /state for the people slaves to repay +interest =TREASON, ie Undermining the State, +Abuses of Human Rights, Social Contract, Duty of Care, etc.

5) This is a slavery system foisted on us by our own g/ments (=more treason) It requires one group of citizens getting a banking 'Charter'/licence'..issued by our own Governments allowing those citizens to create money out of nothing and fleece the other citizens.. though none of us seem to remember voting for it? Apparently it doesn't work so well if 'The People' know about it! ..The Emperor has no clothes!
