Hi Anrai,
thanks for your comment and help. The envelope is kind of unusable now after the way I opened it.

So all I need do is write RTS on the envelope and pop it back in the post, is it too late?

Will this course of action work in deterring them from arresting me?

What is the worst case scenario here for me, could I go to prison?

Firstly,none of this is to be taken as advice legal or otherwise. This is an offer of contract. Always rts (return to sender)them asap along with their envelope.

Put no makrs on any of their papers at all. If you do a search on www.dunandbradstreetsmallbusinessolution, you will discover that all these Courts are in fact registered companies. NOTE: There is never any signature on these ,which means that there is no contract possible. They are only sent to your 'strawman' , your 'paper' you and not you as a Sovereign flesh and Blood Man or Woman.
