Speeding Ticket Criminal V Civil

Hello, Can anybody serve some light on the above topic. I have research a bit and found conflicting views. On Wiki it clearly says; speeding offences in Ireland are criminal while on some Freeman websites many say Civil.

After parking my car and walking 100 yards on a street, a Garda observed me driving. I was charged for not giving my name to a Garda under the Road Traffic act, brought to court and got the benefit Probation Act for 6 months.

The long story short; the intimidation or 15 so called Guardians of the Peace, harassment, bullying or sheer ignorance by Gardai was disheartening.  The Gardai even visited my home and harassed my wife at 1.30am in the morning looking for identification to link me to the car, they asked for the birth cert, or name on the birth cert.

I went through all the routine on the Freeman sites and gave my family name and was told the name I gave was false and so charged with not giving a name to a Garda. Is this constitutional?

Worse, the Garda in question said; I took this sh*** from the internet and that he had the power to search my home, car, impound the vehicle and lock me up for 3 weeks. In his own words; "you are taking a load of rubbish and we can do what we want and get used to it!!!!!!!"

 

I am considering appealing the District Court decision, as no rights were read; the Gardai did not give any information as requested, and in fact refused to give me any paper or pen to make any notes in the court.  I was basically forced to sit in the Witness stand under duress.

I believe this has all happened due to my letter requesting further information over a speeding ticket. In my letter, I did not refuse to pay but asked for some information. Feel the letter may have ruffled a few feathers.

 

When you register your car you sign away Equity and legal title to your property which does not correlate with Article 43 (1) “The State acknowledges that man, in virtue of his rational being, has the natural right, antecedent to positive law, to the private ownership of external goods." 

 

So, my questions may sound silly but looking to get my head around complete corrupt system.

Are you your car or the MR on the Licence Plate, where is the disconnection?

Are the Traffic offences criminal?

When you have a driving licence are you subject to the law of Minority Report i.e. Guilty until proven innocent or the other way round or what you may do in the future instead of it happening now?

I have never been arrested or charged before and only starting to research the whole area. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

hey mate   did you get all their names???,   were are you living????,  [e-mail],   i live in naas but from dublin,  i had a great victory using the freeman /lawful method,  u have a good case of harrassment their.  write everyting down and go to a court house swear it out as an affidavitt,  get as many people who saw this to do the same,   email me man!!!!!!

Apparently you've done something wrong,you should have told him I dont have a name and why would I name a name when I Am me.He say what is your name you say I just told you,I Am what I Am.He ask where do you live,u state sir I don't live anywhere except without the confines of this living body that God made,and said speak now or forever hold your peace because if I'm being arrested this body of God,this Man of God there will be a fee schedule for such arrest for 20,000 pounds of Gold per violation, do you affirm or concur of this commercial offer in your limited liability under pain penalty of perjury.
