My rights to wear non-provokitve everyday clothes...

I was in a shopping centre last wednesday there were no signs stating hoods could not be worn in the building but were signs saying "no helmets,no skating and no smoking".

I entered three shops,two of witch have thier own security team and was not approached by anyone nor did i steal,abuse or hinder anyone experence.I got to an escalater and was approched by a "customer care" man and asked "can you remove your hood" I asked "Where it stated this was illegal" and took out my phone and told him I would be recording the conversation for virafication.He called in 4 more "c.c" team 1 of witch removed my hood.I explained again no signs and I am recording this to use later.

I asked if  I buy the clothes in the shop who rent space in the centre and wear it out into the public area can I not leave my hood up?

I can as it seems wear a wooly hat,baseball can or shoal.But not my hood or a burka as I am the wrong colour.I then lost it and instead of shouting and fighting I changed to video record instead of voice.With this my phone was grabbed from my hand and place in the pocket of "c.c" man number 2,as the first 1 fell quite 10mins ago".

I have been robbed I told his "c.c" team and can you help....no joy.

I rang 112 and waited until they arrived and I thought now,I am a victim of crime and I have broken no laws and disobeyed no signs.Im secure again.I spoke with the Gardai and they then spoke with the rulers/dictaters who opperate in/on our soil.My phone was returned for "cc." man two's pocket and returned to me.

I tried to make a complaint of theft,harressment and making up laws to suit himself,witch I think is illegal,and I was told I had my phone and now should leave or be removed by my protecters for tresspassing.

a.Can anyone see how I am a criminal here?

b.My child like to play in her hood.At 17moths who can remove her right to be free?

c.How do I take a case against a shopping centre/property managment company,as I am not sure who made this rule,on my own as legal repersentation is proving fruitless?

..write a diary on the incident. You were assualted by these People twice it seems. REPORT AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT,HAND WRITTEN FROM THE NOTES YOU WROTE DOWN TO THE GARDA STATION.

THEY , MUST LOG IT IN THE BOOK. IF YOU THINK THEY WILL NOT, REGISTER THE OFFICIAL COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERINTENDENT OF THE STATION. KEEP A DUPLICATE....FOR STARTERS. THEN ENGAGE A BRIEF 9SOLICITOR) AND THEN INSTRUCT HIM/HER TO PROCEED WITH ASSUALT CHARGES AGAINST THE SECURITY MEN.

Well I am a very happy camper......

Hoods it now seem are aloud to be woren up in the blanchardstown shopping centre.I think a nice chat with the managment worked a treat and I recorded it just to be sure.
